hi, we found problem our oracle have error : ** DBGRL Error: ARB Alert Log ** DBGRL Error: SLERC_OERC, 48180 ** DBGRL Error: OSD-00001: additional error information O/S-Error: (OS 32) The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. ** DBGRL Error:   Tracing not turned on. how to troubleshooting it and please see my attach files.
