Issue provisioning users from an external LDAP ID store

Hi,

We are facing an issue when trying to provision users/groups from external LDAP ID stores in HFM. Below is our environment details and issue description:

Environment Details:

OS: Windows Server 2008 R2

EPM Version: 11.1.2.3

RDBMS: Oracle 11.2.0.4

Weblogic: 10.3.6

------------------------

Issue Description:

------------------------

- Configured two External LDAP Providers, A & B (OpenDJ)

- The id attribute configured for both providers is entryUUID

- Search order is: A, B, then Native

- All external users and groups are retrievable in shared services (for both providers A and

- R-Click a user or group on either A or B -> provision for an application works, and a corresponding entry in the CSS_IDENTITY is created
