Error while executing API: iby_ext_bankacct_pub.update_ext_bank_acct

Hi,

When I execute iby_ext_bankacct_pub.update_ext_bank_acct API I get the following error message:

The external bank account already exists

Complete code is as follows:

X_RETURN_STATUS = E

X_MSG_COUNT = 2

X_MSG_DATA =

X_RESPONSE.Result_Code =

X_RESPONSE.Result_Category =

X_RESPONSE.Result_Message =

The API call failed with error ORA-28231: no data passed to obfuscation toolkit in Package IBY_EXT_BANKACCT_PUB Procedure IBY_EXT_BANKACCT_PUB.check_ext_acct_exist

The API call failed with error The external bank account already exists


Can you please advise.
