DISA Thread Id generation ??

Hi All,

  We have integrated DISA with IP 16.9. When ever we send an email, the Outlook form pops up with email content from Siebel and along with the template there is a thread Id which gets populated with the row id of the new activity which is created.

We would like to know how this is automatically added, and is there an option to place this in Subject line. If yes please suggest how.
