Hyperion HFM 11.1.2.0 configuration Issue JNDI and Deploy to Application Server

1. I have created Admin server and other servers with their respective datas ource followed these steps as per docs: To view objects in the JNDI tree: In the left pane expand Environment > Servers. On the Server summary page click the name of the server, for example, myserver. On the server Settings page click View JNDI Tree.  But, I am not able to see View JNDI Tree link. I can test all the datasource successfully.

2. While doing Deploy to Application server step in EPM Configuration it get exited and there is no significant error log message.
