Store order request priority

We are working for SIM 16.0 and kindly share your comments on below scenario.

Is it possible to give a store order priority while raising the request from SIM application?

Say, Store A have raised a request for qty 130 and Store B for 130 qty on the same time but WH holds 130 qty only. Now, in this Store B has urgent requirement than Store A.

But, when we raise request parallel, the SIM application wont allow for one store to raise a request and search engine will raise an error.

Now, I would like to give priority to Store B instead of Store A. How this can achieved and any workarounds?
