How to delete old account team members

I want to know how I can delete old (inactive) account team members.

Because of changing teams the list is getting too long but I don't know how I can update these teams.

I want to delete the Users with the role Deleted so the list will be clean again.

This users are also set on inactive but they keep appearing in the list.

Can this be done with an upload?? or is there another sollution?
