PM service request is not getting generated for some serial numbers on contract

Hi,

I have some serial number on contract for which PM service request is not getting generated. There are some serial numbers on the contract for which PM service request is getting generated. But there are some serial number on the same contract for which service request is not getting generated.

I have checked the Building Unit Effectivities program for those serial numbers. Program is completed successfully. However data is not getting inserted in table ahl_unit_effectivities_b.

All serial numbers are active in install base.

We are on 11.5.10.2 version.

Please advise.
