csv checked but no csv created
Has anyone experienced not receiving a CSV output report after checking the CSV check box?
I have a user that insists she kicked off a report (AP Check Register) and checked the check box for CSV output, but when report completed, it would not display the csv version, and even stated that no CSV version exists to display.
She says she has to go into the report, check the check box, uncheck it, and then check it again to make it work.
Problem is that I cannot reproduce what she says she experienced. She also cannot reproduce the issue when I am watching over her shoulder.
