wrapper API to process potential life event

Hi

I have a requirement to write pl/sql procedure to create a potential life event and process it for employees. "ben_on_line_lf_evt.p_manage_life_events_w" is not working for me as life event is not "Unrestrcited" but a custom one.

Can you please let me know what is wrapper api to do so.
