iProcurement Non-Catalog Request Requisition : Not able to make the requestor value as blank through

Hi Oracle Community,

I have a Requirement to default the below two fields to blank value when the page is loaded in the iProcurement Non-Catalog Request Requisition form  so that the user can enter them manually.

1. Requestor

2. Delivery to Loaction

I tried with the OAF Personalization to make the initial value as Null. But the Personalization is not working on this two fields. Can you please let me know if there is any other way to defaults null values in this two fields.
