recover database to a previous date

Hello,

I have database say dated today 25/09/2017. I want to restore it back to 23/09/2017 @ 14:00. The flashback feature is disable. How do I proceed? I have a full offline backup taken on 16/09. I don't want to restore using the full offline and apply logs as it will take more than 8 hours. Is there any other way?
