Shift Differential to a specific BU

I'm trying to set up a shift differential to go to a specific bu.

Employee's hourly wage +1.50/hour when the "M" type is used.    This looks pretty straight forward, I deleted and readded with the bu I want the 1.5 to go to, but it doesn't work.  When I process the time, I don't see it, when I process the pre payroll I don't see the 1.50 added to the wages and when I do the journals I do not see it charging that bu.

Any help out there?  It would be appreciated.
