Employee supplier type used on eBTax rule

Hello Community.  I wanted to use the employee Supplier Type party fiscal classification in an eBTax rule to determine tax applicability.  I see Supplier Type listed as a determining factor but I am unable to create a determining factor set or tax condition for that.  Does anyone have an advice?
