Support neeed in upgrading EBS 12.1.3 to DB 12c from 11.2.0.3 with Physical Standby Enabled

Hi Experts,

Test Environment:

OS: Oracle Linux 5 (64bit)

EBS: R12.1.3

Database: 11.2.0.3.0

Physical standby enabled.

Plan: To upgrade ebs database from 11.2.0.3 to 12.1.0.2 with existing physical standby in place.

I found the following document but it is for database version 11.1.0.7 and I need for version 11g Release 2.

Kindly provide the document "ebs database  upgrade to 12c from 11gR2" if available.
