Developing custom Communication Driver Siebel 2015

• Obtaining the SCAPI Library  

  • We are looking into the process of developing a custom communication driver for siebel. The SiebelCTIAdmin document mentions the Siebel Adaptive Communication API. We are assuming the API is provided as a library (header file) which would then be used for the development of the custom driver. What we can't figure out yet is how to obtain the said library or header file. Assuming that this is the right approach, is there any specific process to obtain the library?

• Definite step by step developers guide

  • Is there any definite step by step developers guide other than the SiebelCTIAdmin document (preferably with some sample code) that would help in developing the custom driver solution.
