Form personalization to Show message to user when user choose un-schedule or un-reservation on Sales

Hi All,

We do have a requirement for form personalization to show / popup the message to user when they choose un-schedule or un-reservation action for an order which have Purchase order attached.

in other words, wants to prevent user to un-schedule / un-reserve an order lines for which Purchase Order is open.

Could you please suggest the events to be used in personalization for this requirement (with Step by step guidelines) ?
