Journal reports are showing incorrect time stamp - 11.1.2.4 HFM

Hi All,

we are encountering an issue with journal reports where when we generate journals using journal reports, we could see created/approved/posted time stamp exactly 8 Hrs difference to actual time stamp from manage journals window.

we have applied latest patches on environment currently running with 11.1.2.4.204.5264

we have checked randomly an another journals as we are having same issue.
