Min-Max Planning with Dynamic Subinventory

I am wondering if anyone has done the following scenario and if you have if you could tell me how you did it.

We have a couple of subinventories (IB ) which we have setup as Min-Max to replenish from supplier.  There are times when we need to Order OVER the Min-Max and therefore if this happens we fill our IB subinventory and then put the extra stock in a Dynamic Subinventory (IU).

How do you setup the MIN-Max Replenishment to replenish subinventory IB but first take into account any stock that may be in your Dynamic Subinventory IU?

IB  qty on hand 10    Min 100      Max 200
