Chartfield combination error on Requisition

Hi all,

We're using PeopleSoft 9.2, PeoplTools 8.55. When a user copies a requisition (Purchasing>Requisitions>Add/Update Requisition) and changes the speedchart on the 'Requisition Defaults' page it will result in a chartfield error. This is due to the fact that there is no place to change the Program Code associated with the new speedchart on the 'Retrofit fields' page (REQ_DFLT_RETROFIT) that appears after changing the speedchart.

Is this a delivered bug? Has anyone developed a customization to prevent this error?
