Failed to connect to E1 local

Hi,

Kindly advice.

I'm facing issue with my Deployment Server client as it saying that not able to connect to E1 local.

The E1local services is up but the listener does register the E1 local. Error is ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor. Anything on OS part can cause this issue? as from OEE part there was no changes done recently.
