Issue with enabling and viewing rule profile summary on HFM 11.1.2.4 system

Hi All,

We have installed and configured HFM 11.1.2.4 on a distributed platform. We are currently on HFM PSU 205.

We have two EPMA-HFM applications. I am trying to enable and view profile summary for one of our HFM applications. I was able to enable rule profiling. But post this I dont see any information getting generated in profile summary tab. Plus I still see "start" icon for that particular application. As per admin guide it should change to "stop" icon once you have started rule profile summary for an application.

I dont see any error codes in the logs

Please let me know if any of you have seen or heard about similar behaviour. Thanks in advance!
