Oracle Forms 12c randomly stuck

Hi you Oracle experts,

Our application is running based on Oracle Forms 12c (12.2.1.0.0), x64, Windows 2012 R2.

The users complained that the forms client stuck randomly.

We'v observed that all user clients were stuck at the same time,

and the java console shows no activities during stuck time.

In most cases, the forms clients may get their server responses after one or two minutes waiting time.

The users have an option to start a new forms session to go on their works immediately if they don't want to wait.

However, the server responses may never return to the user clients.

In this situation, we have to restart the WLS_FORMS service.
