In WIP completion transactions screen serial number not listed

In wip completion transactions screen serial number not listed for entry and while checking it was stored in mtl_serial_numbers_temp and also in mtl_serial_numbers table some numbers generated in columns group_mark_id,line_mark_id, lot_line_mark_id.

We are using datafix for clearing the serial number lock.

Kindly suggest permanent solution to avoid this issue.
