Siebel Crash : The object manager server is low on memory

Hi Team,

Siebel Call Center OM has crashed with message. Can you please suggest the possible reason and solution. We are on Siebel 16.11

ServerLog            ProcessExit         1              0000175359cb05dc:0       2017-09-27 06:53:03        SCCObjMgr_enu              5148       SBL-GEN-00255   Process 5148 exited with error - Internal: Error during exec() 

Crash file is created for process 5148 but it is 0kb.  (no details in it).

OM logs for PID 5148 which says -

ObjMgrLog         Error      1              0002bb1d59cb0334:0      2017-09-27 06:52:27        (swerqrsp.cpp (2512)) SBL-UIF-00234: Request or reply body too long!

The object manager server is low on memory and cannot process a long request or response body.
