Payment authorization

Hello Team,

I'm having some new requirements, from one of the company's management.

On this occasion, I need to know if there is a program that can authorize suppliers to pay.

I reviewed the P0411S program, I can not set it for processing options, so I can discriminate against more than one provider.

Please help is very important, or guidance.
