RAC Application Continuity session not failed over when gracefull shutdown the CRS

Hi,

I was testing RAC Application Continuity feature for production purpose.

All settings are setup, and using simple java application to test.

The session was faild over to other node when i simulate database failure by kill the PMON Process, but when i simulate the cluster problem by gracefully shutdown The CRS, the session was not failed over.

But when i start the CRS again before the session timed out, it was resume at the same node.

Is this expected behavior?
