The adoption of our newest support accreditation, Oracle Platinum Services Accreditation, continues to grow. If you have implemented Oracle Platinum Services and have a good understanding of the basics, consider getting support accredited. The goal is to help you maximize the value of your support tools and services.

The learning path features short, easy-to-consume videos that cover understanding Oracle Platinum Services; Staying Informed; Maintaining Your Services; Monitoring, Fault Handling and Incident Management; Patching; and SR creation. We work directly with the product team to develop targeted best practices and examples to help you save time and grow your expertise.
