How to Default seeing only CPU Carriers or DELIVER Carriers for a CPU/DEL orders created

Hi,

Currently in JDE when we create an Order and go to Work With Shipments and go to Routing Option to change the Carrier, we see both the CPU Carriers as well as DELIVER Carriers. Is there any Setup where we can restrict the users to select only the same Type of Carrier. CPU Carrier for CPU Orders and DELIVERED for DEL Orders?

Also while we create a fresh Order the Carrier no gets defaulted from the setup based on lowest Cost out of complete CPU/ DELIVER Carriers. Is there a possibility that a CPU can pick the lowest cost from CPU Carriers and DEL Orders will pick Carrier with Lowest cost from DELIVER set of Carriers??
