Tax Reserve ledger program is running longer via FA Process owner Responsibility.

I'm facing an issue with process owner responsibility, when this program is being run via super user responsibility then taking 3-4 hours only to complete but the sam ething is taking more than 30 hours when it's being run through process owner responsibility..

Please let me know if something is wrong with setup or any profile options.?
