Post Custom Environment creation activities

Dear All,

I would like to know all the "Post Custom Environment creation activities" after custom environment is created.

For Example: (1) In Environment Master JITI should be Y (2) New Environment should be assigned to servers/users if missing ETC...

*It will be great if I get a check list of post custom environment activities
