Problem when starting ORACLE linux server + database of ERP System

Hello

I have a problem when I restart the ORACLE linux server with ours Oracle database of ERP system i have a boot massage problem.

It all started ok. Server and the database, It look like it is working properly but when the server starts up the boot message pop up and i get the following information :

Starting Oracle Enterprise Manager 11g Database Control.........started.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Logs are generated in directory /oracle/11.2.0/ora_bpsc/sysman/log

Enviroment variable ORACLE_UNQNAME not defined. Please set ORACLE_UNQNAME to database unique name.

What is the problem? Server always worked perfect but after restarting server (we have power problems in our firm so we shoutdown the serwer) and when i turned on the server i have this boot massage
