How to define Payment Format in R12.1.3

Hello,

Our customer will use Oracle E-Bussines Suite R12.1.3. (AP,AR,GL)

We want to know where to define Payment format in R12, if in 11i Payable Responsibility had a form called 'Payment Format', in R12 as per our understanding this form is replaced with a web form in Oracle Payment Setup::Payment Setup::Shared Setup::Formats:Formats.

But the web form is missing some fields of 11i (attached this discussion).

Can you please explain me how can we enter all the information that was previously entered in 'Payment Format' form (11i), in the web form of Formats (R12.1.3)?
