What is the process for forcing the status in EMCC to go to "Stopped" so that we can successfully de
We have two Blackouts in Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c that is stuck in "Stop Partial" status and we cannot force it to complete. One has no targets and the "End Date" is not populated, the other has targets and the "End Date" is in the past. We have opened an SR with Oracle, but have gotten no additional info.
Here are the different things we have tried on the one with targets listed and an End Date in the past:
1.) Log into EMCC as sysman -
a. Navigate to Enterprise >> Monitoring >> Blackouts and query for "DR domains blackout" as the creator sysman
