Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I have looked the following documents up to try correct this issue and i have an SR open with oracle.

If any one in the comunity has anything extra that i can try it would be appreciated.
