PeopleSoft Expenses - How can Hotel Wizard be modified?
In an effort to simplify T&E data entry for our employees, we'd like to reduce the number of options included in Hotel Wizard. Instead of listing 6 types of charges (Room Charge, Room Service, Telephone, Parking, Laundry, MIsc Charges), we'd like to display and utilize only 3: Room Charge, Meals, Other.
We see that the Wizard is not effective dated. Also, we are unable to add a new Wizard Type (only option is to select from drop down list). And we are limited by one SETID.
Classic Navigation being used is: Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Expenses > Mapping > Expense Type - Wizard Type.
