Extending OrderCO controller class in Buyer Work Center Orders screen

Hi Team,

I have extended the OrderCO controller. I want to replace the seeded controller with extended controller.  Enabled the personalization for user level by setting profile options.

I am not able to get the personalize link on top of order screen where i can click on personalize and change to extended controller.
