P41112A doesnt show up Qty Adjustment Fields

Hi Team,

We need to do some adjustment to F41112 as it is not inline with F4111. While referring to the Document Doc ID 1599285.1

it says to do that from P41112A. But when i login to this i find Amount Adjustments but no Qty adjustment. Any idea what could this be?
