FRM-18122 : Oracle Forms debugger failed to initialize

Hi All,

Operating system  : Windows 10 (64-bit)

FMW                     :12.2.1.3.0

Oracle Forms& Reports : 12.2.1.3.0

i got this error FRM-18122 : Oracle Forms debugger failed to initialize error after installing the recent version of the Oracle forms and reports in windows 10 operating system.

i got FRM-92119 Error for which i added the FORMS_BUILDER_CLASSPATH to the environment variable and now i am getting the above mentioned error.

Let me know. How to resolve this error.
