Sick Time Accrual - Setup/Calculation
Hello everyone,
I am working with a sick policy that works in the following manner:
Employees accrue 1.50 sick credits per month; however, if an employee is sick for 10 or more consecutive days within a calendar month, they do not accumulate the 1.50 credit for said month.
Is anyone aware of a setup that will accommodate this type of calculation? Or is this a process that will have to be handled manually?
Any recommendations regarding how to handle this type of setup/calculation are welcome.
