Instant messaging Filetransfer problem

Hello community team. is anyone had problem with transferring file?

Usually i tested with small files in KB. Problem is When i  transfer files using spark  client to pidgin client is ok.

Problem is when i using pidgin as source spark as destination, then spark client can't get transfer files.

Also i use 2 spark clients for transferring files.  But rest is same. Filetransfer works only if destination client is pidgin.

is there any config? Please find attached screenshot of mine.
