How to define an attribute group code in EAM ?

Hello community

I am currently attempting to set up EAM parameters, however I am encoutering several issues, namely when setting up attribute assignments, I cant seem to find the attribute group codes. For that i tried going into descriptive flexfield segments with in order to set them, but I also find myself stuck when filling the code context field values.

Besides, i have tried selecting departments in the parameters but i can neither search for them nor create new ones...

So i wonder what are the preconfigured settings i need to do first before going to these steps.

Would appreciate any help
