adop cleanup failed after upgrade from R12.2.2 to R12.2.6

Dear support,

I have successfully upgrade R12.2.2 to R12.2.6 for using following document.

Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2.6 Readme (Doc ID 2114016.1)

After successfully upgrade R12.2.6 , I have used the below

Section 8.1 Path A — Upgrade and New Installation Customers upgrading to Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.6 Release Update Pack

adop phase=cleanup are given a below, below is the details....

applmgr@ebs1226 scripts]$ adop phase=cleanup

Enter the APPS password:
Enter the SYSTEM password:
Enter the WLSADMIN password:

Validating credentials.

Initializing.
    Run Edition context  : /d01/oracle/PROD/fs1/inst/apps/PROD_ebs1226/appl/admin/PROD_ebs1226.xml
    Patch edition context: /d01/oracle/PROD/fs2/inst/apps/PROD_ebs1226/appl/admin/PROD_ebs1226.xml
