PBCS Email Notifications - Anti-Spoofing Solution?

For PBCS, does anyone have a solution or workaround for users receiving e-mail notifications from the Oracle Cloud server that are not blocked by your company's e-mail server anti-spoofing policies?

When an user submits a budget in Hyperion PBCS and submits for approval, the approvers are not receiving the e-mail notifications from PBCS anymore.
