Hours not rendered on SOE & Payroll Register Totals
HI all,
We recently experienced the disappearance of our Overtime Hours to all applicable Statement Of Earnings and current Payroll Register Totals. However, the hours do appear under SOE Details and in Run Results. Past Pay Register Totals also displays the Hour totals, too. Initially, we thought we encountered an invalid balance situation but results from Run Balance Architecture Diagnostic Report shows all balances with valid status.
This is a mystery as we have not applied any recent patches or additions to our R12.2.6 Production environment. We are at loss what could have cause a specific earnings hours to stop rendering. Any suggestions for cause, research and or correction would be appreciated.
