AME for GL

Having issue with AME for GL.  Attempting to send Journals with Source "Projects" and Category "Miscellaneous Transaction" to an approver and all other Categories from "Projects" to auto approve.  I seem to be missing something as I Cant get it work, attempted using the "Empty Approver Group" and that did not work.  Any Suggestions?
