How to Personalize Oracle Application Home Page

We are in Oracle Applications version 12.1.3. I want to add one more button which will take me to say 'Google.com' or any other external site.

When you click on about this Page, I can see our old customization(Item -> Button, Attribute -> Prompt).

When you click on Personalize page, I can see layout and content page. I am not sure how to add our new personalization here.
