Hard Commit on WO

Hello, I understand what a Hard Commit is but need to know more.  I need to know what field(s), in what table(s), JDE gets this information. We have items in our Branch/Plant that JDE shows a Hard Commit for that does not and should not exist. Because of this error, we are not able to manage some of the items in our Branch/Plants.
