metric collection error

Hello,

I am new to this topic "metric collection error" which we see from OEM. I am seeing metric errors for database instances, database systems. agents etc.... How do I know what's the exact error and how can i troubleshoot it ?

When I click on hyperlink from OEM not finding any information from there.

Is there any script to run to find all the details ? if so I have to run from where and which user ?
