Vaiences on the Prepayment Run vs. Payroll run for Oracle R11i

Hello all,

When we run the prepayment process after the Payroll Run we discover a variance between the total between them ,However we checked the Prepayment Balance and all elements included well ,

Also this Prepayment total amount less than the payroll run amounts ,So it seems that some element deducted twice.

Any Help?
